Meet the Team

Mike Madison | Owner

I have grown up in the roofing business. My Dad, Bill Madison, started the company in 1974 after a back injury suffered in a mining accident made it impossible to continue a life of back breaking work. I was only 9 years old. I spent many a day picking up trash on job sites and learned early to take pride in what we do. My father demanded it and that priority was passed down to all of us. We are proud to have a true family owned and operated business and continue his legacy. Our mantra has always been to grow our business responsibly and create opportunities for our employees. Nothing makes me more proud than the fact that we are still here. With Hans joining the family and company over 20 years ago, and with the addition of his son Bastian, we are well into our third generation in the company. A feat often aspired to, but, rarely achieved. We look forward to earning your business and can’t be more pleased you would give us the chance to continue our tradition.

Hello, I’m Hans. I am the General Manager and have been with Madison Roofing for over 20 years and proud of it! With over 34 years of experience in construction I look forward to sharing that knowledge and experience with you.

Enjoying the Idaho outdoors is a Great part of my life and a passion I discovered when I moved to Idaho.

Issac | Maintenance & Repair Technician

I’m Isaac, the maintenance and repair technician. I’ve been with the company for over 18 years and love facing new challenges. I take great pride in my work and view my projects as a reflection of myself.

I have learned a lot and love sharing those skills with my friends and family.

Julian | Field Supervisor

My name is Julian, I am the field supervisor and have been working with Madison Roofing for over 12 years and I’m ready to put all my experience to help you with your Roof or project and look forward to answering any questions you may have.

I am an avid hunter and fisherman and enjoy making priceless memories doing them with my family.

I’m Bastian, I’ve been around the roofing industry for many years and look forward to the new challenges every day brings. I look forward to helping you with your most recent project.

I enjoy motorcycle racing and the Idaho outdoors. I Have been enlisted in the Idaho Army National Guard for the past 8 years and love serving my community.

Tahnee

I’m Tahnee! I’m relatively new to the team here at Madison Roofing but I’m loving every minute of it. Helping you with your questions and learning along the way.

I love spending time with my son showing him everything Idaho has to offer, from rafting and four-wheeler trails, to snowboarding.
